SC Cleared Public Service Designer – Hybrid (Discovery & Strategy)

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd in London is seeking a Service Designer for a 3-month contract to lead service design for public services in Discovery. This role requires current and active SC Clearance and is inside IR35, with hybrid working (2–3 days onsite).

You will plan, lead, and deliver service design using interviews and contextual inquiry, synthesise findings into actionable outputs, and translate insights into strategic priorities that inform product strategy and roadmaps.
