HGV Class 2 Driver Monday to Friday £15.00 per Hour

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join a leading construction materials supplier based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional driver looking for ongoing, full-time work with consistent weekday hours.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• 6:00am starts

• Day shifts with regular working hours

The Role

As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering construction and building materials to commercial sites, builders’ merchants and trade customers across the local and surrounding areas. You’ll ensure deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and on time while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Your responsibilities will include carrying out daily vehicle checks, securing loads correctly, completing delivery documentation accurately and complying with all UK driving regulations.

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence

• Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card

• Valid Digital Tachograph Card

• Previous HGV Class 2 driving experience is preferred

• Experience delivering building or construction materials is advantageous but not essential

• Good knowledge of UK driving hours and tachograph regulations

• Professional, reliable and customer-focused attitude
