Hybrid Supporter Care & Finance Operations Officer

Kidney Research UK is seeking a Supporter Care Operations Officer to help run the day-to-day operations of the Supporter Care and Finance teams, delivering an excellent experience for supporters.

You will manage Gift Aid validation, direct debits and donations, respond to enquiries and look for improvements to the supporter journey, while ensuring accuracy and high standards in all processes.
