Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is offering an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist role in the Vascular Surgery and Diabetes team at Leeds General Infirmary. The post is part of the Adult pharmacy team, with cross-site networking, and provides leadership for the vascular pharmacy service for both inpatients and outpatients.
You will work with medical staff, nursing teams and MDT colleagues to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to complex vascular, major arterial and trauma patients.
