Hospital Cleaning Supervisor: Lead Teams & Standards

ISS is seeking a Healthcare Cleaning Supervisor for University Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire (UHCW) to lead a team of 15–20 operatives, ensuring high cleaning standards in a busy hospital environment.

Reporting to the Domestic Services Management team, you will oversee daily delivery of services, plan workloads, conduct quality checks, and support recruitment and staff development in a demanding healthcare setting.
