Contracts & Commissioning Lead (12-Month Secondment)

Portsmouth City Council is seeking a Contracts and Commissioning Officer on a secondment/fixed-term basis for up to 12 months or until the substantive post holder returns from maternity leave.

You will lead commissioning and contract management to ensure high quality, sustainable ASC services. The role involves developing, implementing and monitoring externally commissioned contracts, with strong stakeholder engagement and performance oversight.
