Strategic HR Partner for Schools | Talent & Wellbeing

Michael Page is seeking an HR professional to join a varied role focused on employee relations, recruitment, workforce planning and wellbeing within schools. You will report to the Director of HR and partner with senior leaders and central services to deliver expert HR support.

The role covers employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, HR operations, safeguarding compliance, and staff development. CIPD Level 5 is desirable, with experience across HR processes and strong communication skills.
