Chief Product Strategy & Innovation Leader

Emerald Group seeks a seasoned senior leader to own and deliver strategy for complex financial or insurance products. You will lead the conception, design and evaluation of new product structures and present recommendations to senior executives, including ExCo.

You will model financial impact using actuarial judgement, own end-to-end product specifications, and guide cross-functional workshops across digital, IT, operations and change teams to optimise performance and identify new opportunities.
