SC Cleared Business Analyst (Swift)

Overview

In this role you will conduct a structured review of Swift products and connectivity solutions, building an evidence base to support governance-driven decisions. You will deliver risk-based options and recommendations on which Swift products, services, and connectivity configurations to connect with existing systems. The work spans discovery, risk assessment, and delivery of implementation material to inform policy options. You will operate in a consultative capacity, avoiding assumptions and guiding governance decisions. This role emphasizes security clearance and deep product knowledge to shape the connectivity landscape.

Responsibilities

• Review Swift products and connectivity solutions to identify gaps and risks
• Develop a risk-based set of options and recommendations for connectivity configurations
• Establish evidence to support governance decisions on Swift usage
• Prepare phase-based outputs: discovery, risk assessment, recommendations, and implementation material
• Engage with stakeholders to align findings with policy options and governance requirements
