Corporate Tax Solicitor – Edinburgh/Glasgow

Frasia Wright Associates is seeking a Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to join its Corporate Tax team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. The role involves handling a broad range of corporate tax matters, including structuring tax aspects of acquisitions, disposals and reconstructions, drafting transactional tax documentation, and advising on LBTT/SDLT and VAT within commercial property transactions.
