Interim Tax Manager, 12 month FTC

This international consulting group is looking for a UK trained corporate tax professional to cover maternity for 12 months starting asap. You will be part of a five person UK & Ireland tax team.

You will be experienced with UK corporate tax computations and have proven tax accounting skills.

MUST BE ABLE TO START IN DECEMBER OR JANUARY

• Responsible for all aspects of the corporate tax compliance cycle, including the preparation of corporation tax computations and QIP calculations.
• Responsible for all non-payroll PAYE compliance (e.g. PSA and Employment Related Securities Filing) – to provide support in readiness for payrolling of benefits
• Responsible for supporting local transfer pricing requirements and validating existing transfer pricing policies, including a willingness to drive business response to changes in TP filing requirements (e.g. ICTS).
• Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements across the compliance cycle.
• Supporting the Group Tax Team and global tax community on ad hoc projects and queries involving the region, e.g. cross border contracts
• Tax technical research and drafting responses to ad hoc enquiries from the business covering indirect, direct and employment taxes
