Junior Legal Costs Negotiator – Settlement Negotiations

Keoghs is seeking a Junior Costs Negotiator to pursue settlement of legal costs on MOD disease claims, managing a personal caseload and developing initial costs strategies. The role focuses on proactive case review and early negotiations within a busy costs team.

The role requires strong oral and written communication, initiative and the ability to work to SLAs and KPIs. Primary location is Birmingham or Bolton Office; full training and mentoring is provided.
