OUTSIDE THE BOX Recruitment is seeking an experienced Retail Trainer for a luxury brand with watches/jewellery focus. The role delivers global and local training on Client Experience, Onboarding, and Product Training, reporting to the HR Director and aligning with Store Leaders.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail training or store management, with strong English communication. Field-based with HO contract and occasional hybrid work when possible.
