Here is recruiting for a Patient Care Advisor role within the East Sussex Community MSK Persistent Pain Service. This primarily phone-based position requires empathy, clarity and a calm, solutions-focused approach to help patients navigate their care pathways.

You will handle referrals, appointment bookings, information governance and data quality, while liaising with GP practices, hospitals and community teams to keep services running smoothly.
