Community OT: Home Assessments & Adaptations

Carrington Blake Recruitment is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapy Practitioner for a one-year maternity cover in West Locality. The role focuses on community-based assessments, major adaptations through the DFG pathway and provision of complex equipment.

You will assess adults in their own homes, determine needs and arrange appropriate equipment or home adaptations, while supporting independence and safety in the community.
