Autonomous Advanced Nurse Practitioner — Primary Care Lead

Redgate & Somerset Bridge Medical Centres is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team in Bridgwater. You will provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnose and manage patients with acute and long-term conditions, and prescribe within your scope of practice.

In this role, you will work autonomously, collaborate with GPs and other clinicians, and lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
