Registered Manager, Care Home: Lead, Grow & Impact

Voyage Care is seeking a Registered Manager for our Cox Green residential service. You will lead the team, manage day-to-day operations, implement person-centred plans and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality care to residents.

You will also oversee recruitment, supervision, medication audits, on-call duties, and quarterly reporting, with a focus on improving independence and outcomes for people we support.
