Probation Wellbeing & Rehabilitation Coach

Out There – Supporting Families of Prisoners is recruiting a Wellbeing Support Worker to work with people on probation in Greater Manchester. You will deliver one-to-one and group coaching, develop pathways to services, and support rehabilitation and better outcomes within GM IRS.

You will collaborate with external organisations, maintain records, and operate within safeguarding and health and safety policies, with a fixed-term contract to September 2027.
