Senior OT: Practice Development & Mentoring

Lancashire County Council in Preston is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to lead Practice Development within Adult Social Care. The role focuses on mentoring and guiding Occupational Therapists and students to deliver confident, strengths-based practice.

You will develop practitioners’ knowledge, oversee practice quality, and contribute to service improvement while supporting less experienced colleagues in complex assessments and interventions as needed.
