Sala Thai Kitchen in St Albans is offering a Commis Chef Apprentice position, aligned to the national ST0228 standard. You’ll earn and learn under an experienced teacher, building core cooking skills in a busy kitchen and pursuing a genuine Level 2 qualification.

Expect 35 hours per week across shifts including evenings and weekends, with a 1-year duration. Training through Oakland College and a supportive team environment are provided to kickstart a culinary career.
