Live-In Support Worker: Change Lives (2 Weeks On/Off)

Active Care Group in Great Yarmouth is seeking a Live-In Support Worker to assist a young man with ABI and learning disabilities to live independently. The role follows a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off live-in rota, offering meaningful relationship-building, and a supportive work-life balance in Bradwell, near Great Yarmouth.

You will provide person-centred support, promote independence, and help the client engage in community activities and hobbies, while working with family and the wider care team.
