Your Housing Group is seeking a Building Safety Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to join its Building & Fire Safety Team. The role combines home working with travel to buildings across the portfolio to ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act and related regulations.
Salary ranges from £60,000 to £65,000, with a 35-hour week, and a focus on resident safety and engagement. You will work with a colleague, the Building Safety Lead, and the Asset Team to deliver robust safety
