UK Compliance Leader & MLRO (SMF16/17)

ETRA Talent is seeking an experienced UK Head of Compliance & MLRO to lead the UK entity’s Compliance and Financial Crime frameworks. This senior role combines regulatory leadership with a pragmatic, commercial approach and direct access to the UK Board.

You will oversee both SMF16 and SMF17 responsibilities, act as main FCA contact, and drive horizon scanning, policy development, and training across the business.
