Defence Commercial Manager: NEC4 Expert, Hybrid Glasgow

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Commercial Manager in Glasgow to lead commercial activity on a major defence infrastructure programme. The role is hybrid, with minimum 3 days on site, and a 52-week contract inside IR35 at £70-£80 per hour umbrella.

You’ll manage NEC4 contract administration, risk, change control and commercial performance, collaborating with project teams, suppliers and stakeholders to maximise value while ensuring compliance.
