Join a team where your commercial expertise will drive strategy, manage risk, and maximise value .We’re recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead commercial activities across major projects and bids within a highly regulated environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead commercial strategy and provide guidance to project and bid teams.Manage contract compliance, governance, and commercial risk.Support high-value bids and complex contract negotiations.Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.Act as the escalation point for complex commercial issues.Contribute to budget management, reporting, and business performance.Lead and develop commercial team members.RequirementsDegree qualified in Law, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent experience.Significant commercial management experience on large, complex projects.Extensive working knowledge of NEC4, ideally including the Professional Services Contract (PSC).Strong background in contract management, commercial strategy, and risk management.Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.ImportantCandidates must be British Nationals (British-born).
