Job Description:
TfGM is seeking an IT Service Analyst to join the Service Management Practice. You will help govern and coordinate IT services across the organisation, ensuring changes are logged, reviewed and communicated to minimise disruption.
You will work with IS colleagues and third-party suppliers, attend CAB activities, produce accurate reports, and support service improvement initiatives while focusing on detail, stakeholder engagement and timely delivery.
