Assistant QS: Fast-Paced Retail & Fit-Out (Hybrid)

EC Property Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a fast-paced retail and fit-out team in London or Croydon. The role supports the commercial running of multiple live projects, from cost estimates to contract management.

You will prepare cost plans, monitor budgets and variations on fast-track programmes, and work closely with contractors and clients to keep projects on time and within budget.
