Midlands Area Manager – Remote Warden Team Lead

Agena Group is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of remote Wardens across Leicester, Coventry, Northampton and Oxford. You will drive KPI targets, manage performance, and oversee HR processes while ensuring high–quality service to clients.

The role requires robust leadership, excellent communication, and willingness to travel within the regional area. A DBS check is required; 50-hour weeks with weekend on-call may apply. Car allowance and extensive benefits are offered.
