Analytics Engineering Leader: Build Data Platforms & AI

Zopa is seeking a senior leader to head Analytics Engineering, BI Engineering or Data Engineering. You will coach a high-performing team, shape priorities, and drive a data-focused roadmap aligned with product goals.

You will partner with Data Engineering, Data Science and Analytics to build a cohesive data platform, improve data quality, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The role is hybrid in London with 2-3 days in the office and up to 120 days abroad per year.
