AI-Native ML Engineer — Build Production AI Tools

Penta is seeking Applied AI / ML Engineers at an early career stage to design, build, test and deploy AI-native software workflows and data science capabilities using Python, LLMs, AWS and Claude Code.

You will work with modern AI tools to ship practical AI-enabled tools and production-ready workflows, collaborating with advisory teams and internal operations. The role emphasizes hands-on building, experimentation and rapid delivery in a practical environment.
