Children’s Residential Home Manager – Lead & Improve

The role leads the home from pre-registration through to full commissioning, directing care, safeguarding, and compliance with Ofsted standards.

You will manage a small team, oversee inspections, implement policy and staff training, and ensure SCR accuracy, budgeting, and record-keeping.
