Strategic Procurement Lead – Infrastructure & Environment

Luton Borough Council is seeking a Procurement Manager for Infrastructure & Environment. You will lead high-value procurement projects, develop cost-saving strategies and ensure value for money across council services.

With knowledge of UK procurement legislation and e-procurement tools, you will manage tenders, evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts, while promoting sustainability, social value and local supplier engagement. 37 hours per week, permanent role.
