The Opportunity
A well-established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Solicitor to join its growing Corporate & Commercial team.
You will advise a varied client base including companies, partnerships, directors and shareholders, working across business sales and acquisitions, company restructures, commercial contracts and wider strategic business matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor looking to take on greater responsibility, develop strong client relationships and play an active role in the continued growth of the department, with a clear pathway for career progression.
About You
- 5+ years’ PQE in Corporate & Commercial law.
- Strong experience across corporate transactions and commercial agreements.
- Able to manage your own caseload and advise clients confidently.
- Commercial, pragmatic and client-focused.
- Strong communication, organisational and business development skills.
- Comfortable supervising and supporting junior team members.
- Ambitious and keen to progress your career.
