Health IT Change Manager – EPR & Digital Transformation

St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Change Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract in the IDT department. The role focuses on managing change across Oracle Health/Cerner EPR and other applications, including clinical documentation and ePMA processes.

The postholder will design, deliver and train on new electronic workflows, engaging clinical and administrative staff to minimise disruption in a busy NHS environment.
