Senior Commercial Gas Engineer — Building Services & Compliance

ParetoFM is seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our Specialist Services team in Guildford. The role covers maintenance across commercial gas, heating, hot water and mechanical systems, with emphasis on safety, reliability and high service levels.

You will perform PPMs, reactive repairs and compliance checks, supported by CAFM systems, and contribute to quotes for repairs and improvements while building strong client relationships.
