GP Practice Operations Manager – Flexible & NHS Pension

The Elms Practice is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the Practice Manager in the day-to-day running of our GP practice. You will lead reception and administrative teams, ensure efficient systems, and deputise when required.

Applicants should have substantial primary care experience, knowledge of NHS contracts and CQC requirements, and the ability to drive service improvement, staff development, and patient-focused care.
