We’re looking to speak with experienced façade professionals for an exciting upcoming residential development in Cardiff.
This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a specialist façade installation package on a major flats development, overseeing the site team and driving the project through to completion.
The Role:Managing façade installation works on a residential development.
Overseeing a site team of approximately 20 people.
Coordinating labour, supervisors, materials, deliveries and site logistics.
Monitoring programme, quality, health & safety and overall project delivery.
Working closely with the main contractor and wider project team.
Experience We’re Looking For:Previous experience managing façade installation projects.
Strong understanding of curtain walling, particularly unitised systems.
Experience across glazing and/or cladding installations.
Confident managing site teams and coordinating installation programmes.
Able to interpret technical drawings and resolve site issues.
What’s on Offer?£80,000–£90,000 for the permanent position, depending on experience.
Freelance options also considered.
Monday to Friday, 8am–5:30pm.
Company phone and laptop provided.
Paid fortnightly.
Location & Start Date:?? Cardiff?? January 2027
There may also be an opportunity to get started sooner on a London project, with hotel accommodation and expenses covered before moving across to Cardiff.
