Banking Customer Advisor: Training, Growth & Benefits

Metro Bank Basingstoke is a Monday – Friday store and is recruiting for a full-time role of 37.5 hours across 5 days, with shifts from 8:45am–5:15pm or 9:00am–5:30pm. Saturday work may be required with a day off in the week and travel expenses reimbursed where applicable.

You will receive blended training including live trainer sessions, online modules, and on-the-job coaching to develop you into a banking representative, with training pace set between you and your manager.
