Multisite Deskside Support Engineer – VIP Escalation

Pro-Connexions in the United Kingdom is seeking a Deskside Field Support Engineer to join our managed services team. Based across a complex multisite environment, you will act as an escalation point for the Service Desk and provide deskside and end-user support to maintain high-quality service delivery.

You should have hands-on experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365, a solid grounding in networking fundamentals and ITIL-aligned support practices, and excellent communication skills.
