Field Manager – Customer Service (Remedial Works) | Travel

Tilia Homes is seeking a Customer Service Field Manager to lead remedial works across our Northwest and Northeast sites. You will oversee operations in occupied properties, coordinating with contractors and the Customer Service Team to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.

Travel to various sites is required. The role focuses on safety compliance, KPI achievement, and delivering an excellent customer journey in line with NHBC and building regulations.
