Retail Communications Leader – Drive Store Engagement

Bestway Group is seeking a Retail Communications Lead in York to head the Retail Communications Team within Central Operations. You will drive a clear, timely, multichannel communications strategy to inform and engage retailers across the estate.

In this role you will lead, coach and develop the team, partner with key departments to translate business priorities into effective retailer communications, and measure impact using engagement metrics.
