White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor for Lewes on a 5 month FTC. You will lead the team to deliver outstanding customer experience, support the Shop Manager, and drive commercial performance through KPI awareness and strong product knowledge.
You’ll oversee stock, promotions, and visual standards while coaching staff and maintaining a positive shop environment. Weekend/2nd shift flexibility is required.
