I am currently working with a very sought after and well respected college in Bristol who are seeking dedicated Psychology graduates to join their team as Specialist Learning Support Assistants starting asap and continuing for the full academic year ideally working the hours of 9.00-4.30 Monday to Friday. This highly regarded college supports pupils with a wide range of needs, including Autism, learning disabilities, SEMH needs and communication difficulties and the college offers outstanding facilities and a collaborative team environment that focuses on each students’ unique potential.

- Psychology graduates (or those with a related degree)
- Individuals who are enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to supporting pupils with additional needs
- A strong work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude
- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
- Willingness to assist with personal care and mobility needs where required
