Overview
In this role you will advise on a broad range of commercial property development matters for developers, landowners and investors. You will manage development transactions from inception to completion, drafting and negotiating key agreements while collaborating with a supportive, experienced property team. You will contribute to a firm with a long-standing reputation and a culture focused on learning and progression. Responsibilities
- Advise on a broad range of commercial property development matters for developers, landowners and investors
- Manage development transactions from inception to completion
- Draft and negotiate development documentation
- Advise on Promotion and Option Agreements
- Negotiate Section 106 Agreements
Key requirements
- 1-3 years PQE with strong commercial property and development experience
- Commercially minded and capable of managing matters independently
