Strategic Corporate & Commercial Counsel (London)

Radius Consultancy in London seeks a Corporate and Commercial Legal Counsel to provide legal support on commercial issues and negotiate complex contracts. You will advise on data-related terms and coordinate with external counsel as needed to protect the client’s interests.

The role reports to the Head of Corporate and Commercial and requires a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and a solid grasp of contract law.
