Product Engineer

Overview

In this role you will help build an AI-native audit platform from day one at an early-stage startup. You will work at the intersection of engineering, AI, and product to develop AI workflows and intelligent systems. You’ll ship features quickly, own ideas end-to-end, and tackle a complex industry with innovation. This is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving environment where your work can reshape a traditional profession.

Responsibilities

• AI/LLM engineering to create AI-native workflows
• Product engineering to deliver impactful outcomes
• Rapid execution and iterative delivery of features
• End-to-end ownership from concept to production
• Develop domain expertise in the auditing industry
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical innovation as the company scales

Key requirements

• Academically exceptional with background in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or related discipline
• Strong technical ability; possible experience in competitive programming or related contests
• AI-native mindset focused on leveraging LLMs and AI capabilities
