Head of Growth: Sales, CRM & Customer Experience

Tikkurila Group in Edinburgh seeks an experienced Head of Sales & Customer Growth to join the senior leadership team and shape the next phase of growth. You will drive customer growth across multichannel channels, optimise conversion and retention, and modernise CRM and data-driven processes.

You will set strategy, lead internal sales teams and collaborate with Marketing to translate insights into measurable revenue improvements.
