Health Service Improvement Lead (12-Month Secondment)

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) North Wales is seeking a Service Improvement Manager on a fixed-term/secondment for 12 months to lead and co-ordinate improvement programmes.

The post requires strong analytical, reporting and change-management skills, working with clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver service improvements and higher quality care. Welsh language is desirable but English and Welsh speakers are welcome.
