Overview

In this DV-cleared Project Manager role, you will lead project planning and coordination for technical and regulatory activities within a specialist cyber technology company. You’ll track progress, manage timelines, and keep stakeholders aligned with business objectives and schedules. You will run regular meetings, document actions, and escalate risks with mitigations to senior teams. The position emphasizes delivering secure, compliant projects in defence & critical infrastructure initiatives, with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage comprehensive project plans covering technical and regulatory work
• Set and monitor project timelines against deadlines
• Organise and document regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders and provide progress updates to teams and leadership
• Identify risks and implement contingency measures and corrective actions
• Coordinate with technical, regulatory, supply chain and commercial stakeholders to maintain schedule integrity

Key requirements

• Project Manager, Programme Manager, Project Delivery Manager or similar experience
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Proven experience with Atlassian Confluence and Jira
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and activities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organise workloads and meet deadlines
• Valid Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance
