Trainee US Desk Recruiter – London, High-Impact Hiring

Hamilton Barnes is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to work US hours from our Liverpool Street, London office. You will headhunt engineers for the US market, build relationships with US clients, and manage deals from first contact to placement.

No recruitment experience is required. We offer a 12-week training programme with mentoring and daily coaching; promotions are based on results, not time served. Based in London, you’ll work in our central office and collaborate with the US team.
